For payment discrepancies, refunds, verification queries, account deletion, privacy requests, accessibility needs or account restrictions, contact the email above and include your P2S2 account email and a description of the problem. Never send passwords, API keys or full payment credentials.
Signed-in students can also use the Report a Problem feature within the platform. A separate appeal form is provided for accounts restricted by automated security safeguards.
