P2S2 dikendalikan oleh P 2 S 2 EDUCATION HUB. Kami memproses nama akaun, nama panggilan, e-mel, nombor batch, kumpulan klinikal, dokumen pengesahan pelajar, tetapan peranti, kemajuan pembelajaran, nota, rekod sumbangan, transaksi, sokongan dan log keselamatan yang diperlukan untuk menjalankan platform.

Maklumat digunakan untuk pendaftaran, pengesahan identiti, penentuan kelayakan akses, penyediaan bahan pembelajaran, pengendalian pembayaran Billplz, ganjaran sumbangan, pencegahan penipuan serta penguatkuasaan perlindungan terhadap pengekstrakan kandungan secara berlebihan. Imej pengesahan tidak dimasukkan ke dalam bank soalan umum. Kami tidak menjual data peribadi kepada pengiklan.

Penyedia perkhidmatan mungkin memproses data terhad bagi pengehosan, pangkalan data, log masuk, e-mel dan pembayaran. Anda boleh meminta akses, pembetulan atau pemadaman akaun melalui p2s2complete@gmail.com, tertakluk kepada kewajipan undang-undang, rekod transaksi dan keselamatan yang berkenaan.

P2S2 is operated by P 2 S 2 EDUCATION HUB, registered in Malaysia under SSM 202603258538 (JM1050779-D). The platform's published privacy contact is p2s2complete@gmail.com.

This includes your email, account name and nickname; student batch, clinical group and optionally exam timetable; ID-card and official-record verification uploads; registered device and session information; study activity, saved answers, bookmarks, highlights or notes; submitted exam recalls, feedback and evidence; contribution/reward ledgers; paid plan, Billplz order and refund records; and security events, rate-limit history, watermarks, error reports, IP/network or browser information needed to protect access.

Do not upload sensitive patient-identifying information, materials you are not allowed to distribute or another student's ID documents. Where evidence contains other students' details, redact information not needed to verify your identity.

We process this information to provide and secure accounts, verify student eligibility and prevent duplicate Subject Pass claims, deliver study content and remember study progress, administer paid access and rewards, investigate reported issues, detect automated question extraction, enforce individual two-device limits and support legitimate user requests. We use contribution records to moderate and improve the shared educational bank while protecting private verification uploads.

P2S2 records the number and timing of different questions opened per account to detect excessive retrieval. Breaches may be recorded even after normal question-opening speed resumes; restriction history may be retained for investigation and appeal. Study materials may display personal account-linked watermarks, such as an account name/nickname or other identifiers and a timestamp, to discourage unauthorised redistribution. Security alerts are not public disclosures of the affected student's identity.

Service providers supporting P2S2 include Supabase for database/authentication, Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email and Billplz for checkout/payment confirmation. Each may handle the information necessary to provide its service. We may share necessary information where legally required, to prevent fraud or enforce rights, or to handle an authorised support request. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

Verification and contribution evidence is stored in restricted-access storage. Selected study settings may be stored locally on your device. We retain account, financial and security information only for as long as reasonably necessary for study access, support, abuse investigations and legal or tax record obligations. Deleting an account may not immediately erase transaction records, unresolved disputes or fraud-prevention logs that must be retained; access to these is restricted.

To request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, or to ask about security restrictions, contact p2s2complete@gmail.com from your registered email or use Report a Problem where available. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. We will explain where records must be retained for lawful purposes, and deleting a personal account may also terminate active study entitlements. See Business & contact.
