Payments & refunds

P2S2 Free costs RM0. The first Subject Pass is free for an eligible verified student; subsequent Subject Passes cost RM19 each. P2S2 Complete is RM249 and P2S2 Pro is RM349 for the current finals access period. The Complete-to-Pro upgrade costs the difference, normally RM100. The checkout screen shows any applicable credit or discount before payment.

Payments are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There is no automatic renewal. Cash checkout is processed by Billplz, an independent payment provider, and students may be redirected to its secure payment page. P2S2 does not store your online banking login details.

A Subject Pass unlocks the bank and Pro study tools for one selected subject, one active pass at a time. Its expiry follows the assigned posting window, or the published rolling period where applicable. Late activation does not extend a fixed posting window. Subject Pass availability ends when your batch enters study break, subject to the batch rules shown at purchase.

Cash actually paid for eligible Subject Passes is recorded as an upgrade credit against a later Complete or Pro purchase, currently capped at RM190 in total. Free passes and Subject Passes paid using reward value do not create additional cash-paid upgrade credit. Credit cannot be paid out as cash or transferred to another student.

Complete unlocks the full subject banks and Past Exams archive but not Pro-only tools. Pro adds the premium study workspace across the platform. For Batch 51 and Batch 52, Complete/Pro purchase eligibility also opens after one full Subject Pass has completed, or at the posted full-platform release, whichever occurs first. For B51, the final EOP and Subject Pass posting end on 22 January 2027 at 5 PM MYT when study break begins. University examinations run from 15 February to 7 March 2027. B51 Complete/Pro access ends at midnight entering 8 March 2027 (MYT). Other batches follow the access dates displayed at checkout (the general pricing period currently ends on 31 March 2027).

Purchased access is granted only after P2S2 receives a verified successful payment confirmation. Bank or payment-provider processing may take time; do not repeatedly pay if a payment appears pending. Keep your Billplz receipt and check your account status. If charged without receiving the purchased access, contact support for investigation and correction.

Contact p2s2complete@gmail.com with your account email, order reference, amount and a short explanation to request a refund or payment correction. Do not send bank passwords or payment authentication codes.

Duplicate charges, verified billing errors, payments that cannot be matched to the intended order, or paid access that P2S2 cannot supply or restore will be reviewed and corrected, including an appropriate refund when warranted. A confirmed refund may revoke the corresponding paid entitlement and adjust credits or rewards used for that order.

Because the product is digital access delivered after confirmation, a change of mind after access has been activated and used does not ordinarily qualify for a discretionary refund. We will assess exceptional circumstances fairly. Nothing here limits statutory rights or remedies available under Malaysian law, including for services not supplied as promised or other legally protected circumstances. Refunds, where approved, are returned through an appropriate supported payment channel and may take additional processing time.
